Life as a chef is renowned for many things – working evenings and weekends, long-hours and working under pressure and in challenging environments – however the rewards are there too. It is a creatively rewarding career, but also one which is both physically and mentally challenging.
If you have a real passion for food and think that you might have got what it takes to be the next Gordon Ramsey, the rewards are plentiful.
We have links with top chefs in the area and our learners get the chance to work with them to gain essential experience, as well training in our on campus bistro, The Chef’s Hat, which is open to the public.
