The plumbing and heating industry these days is about more than just fixing a leak or installing a sink. As a career it will expose you to a variety of work including the installation and performance of pipe systems, waste removal, and gas and climate control systems.
Whilst extremely challenging due to evolving technological advances, it is also incredibly rewarding, and creates long-term opportunities for individuals who aspire to run their own business. Alternatively, you may find yourself branching out into teaching, management, design work or even consultancy services.
We are one of the largest trainers of plumbers in the country, so read on to find out how you can come and learn with the best. You should have a good understanding of both maths and science, and have the physical ability to work within challenging environments.
