The College has a long-established collaborative partnership with The University of East London. UEL is the Awarding Body for our Teacher Education courses, our Foundation Degrees in Animation & Creative Video, 3D Design, Photography and our BA Hons top-up in Photography. The University of East London Docklands campus is only nine miles away and offers further progression opportunities for both undergraduate and post-graduate study. |

University for the Creative Arts
In 2009/10 the College began its collaboration with the University for the Creative Arts, selecting the UCA as the Awarding Body for our Foundation Degree in Graphic Design. UCA has an excellent reputation for offer high quality creative arts courses delivered across its Canterbury, Maidstone, Rochester, Farnham and Epsom campuses. |

Edexcel
The College has a long history of working with the awarding body Edexcel. We offer a range of their Higher National Certificate and Higher National Diploma courses, including Business, Fine Art, Construction, Computing and Performing Arts. |

The University of Northampton
In January 2011, the College started an exciting new partnership with the University of Northampton. Northampton is recognised as providing high quality business and management courses and we are proud to offer two new courses for 2011 which are the BA (Hons) Business top-up and the MBA top-up. These two new courses offer progression pathways for students wishing to progress from our Edexcel HND Business and Chartered Management Institute Level 7 Diploma in Straetegiv Management & Leadership programmes respectively. |

The AAT – founded 25 years ago and now boasting a membership of nearly 125,000 – is committed to support, training, advice and development. AAT is more than an examining body. It is the worldwide membership organisation for accounting professionals. Barking & Dagenham College is a trusted and respected training provider and an approved assessment centre to run all the AAT Qualification provision from the Level 1 Award in Accounting to the Level 4 Diploma in Accounting – an excellent pathway to university for many learners. |

The Chartered Institute of BuildingThe College has been working with The Chartered Institute of Building for many years and offers courses in Site Management at three levels; Supervisory, Certificate and Diploma. Students undertaking these courses are recorded as free student members of the CIOB – an important consideration for employers. The courses offer employees a natural progression from foundation level to becoming site managers and an opportunity to further their careers into senior management. |
