What qualifications do I need?
No qualifications are needed, just enthusiasm and an interest in good food.
What will I learn?
Everyone likes Indian food, it’s so popular. How would you like to be be able to produce traditional, but simple, dishes at home? From curries, to side dishes such as Dhal and Samonsas and on to dips.
The dishes you will be taught to cook will use very simple recipes involving ingredients which are easy to get hold of – and all your ingredients for the course will be provided for you.
You will be taught by Sean, who is an expert chef with more than 20 year¿s experience. As he says: ¿Indian food is a delicious and varied cuisine and, you might be surprised to learn, it is very easy to achieve a high standard at home.
We will provide all the ingredients and equipment for you, so there is nothing extra you need to buy. We will also provide you with protective clothing such as aprons. All you need to remember is to wear closed toe shoes.
At the end of the course you will join the whole class class will prepare and eat a celebratory meal.
How will I be taught?
You will use our industry-standard catering kitchens, which are stocked with professional equipment.
How will I be assessed?
There is no assessment, it is a fun and information-packed course.
