None at all, just an enthusiasm for trying something new.
What will I learn?
This is a fun and friendly course for anyone who loves Thai food and would like to learn how to cook it themselves.
Thai cookery is very similar to Chinese, but perhaps a little more sophisticated!
You will be taught by Sean, who is an expert chef with more than 20 year’s experience. As he says: “Thai food is so easy to prepare at home and the ingredients are so tasty and fresh.”
Over the 5 weeks you will learn about soups, poultry, meat and vegetarian dishes.
We will provide all the ingredients and equipment for you, so there is nothing extra you need to buy. We will also provide you with protective clothing such as aprons. All you need to remember is to wear closed toe shoes.
At the end of the course you will join the whole class class will prepare and eat a celebratory meal.
How will I be taught?
You will use our professional, industry-standard kitchens, and all the latest equipment.
How will I be assessed?
There is no assessment, this is a fun course for enthusiasts.
