Your career in bloom
Floristry is a highly creative and constantly evolving sector. Keeping up with international floral trends and new materials will stretch and inspire your creativity.
You can study floristry with us at Level 2 and Level 3. The City & Guilds Level 2 course gives you a strong foundation for a career in retail floristry. You will develop your skills and techniques for weddings, funerals, gift ideas, freestanding floral displays, events, window displays, plants and planted designs.
Your studies at Level 3 will take on a more international flavour as you develop your skills for weddings, funerals, bouquets, arrangements, planted designs and event planning, whilst understanding how global trends influence floral design.
You will develop your client management skills by exploring how to respond to customer specifications. The Level 3 course also has a strong business planning element, which will help you prepare for your career as a florist at a supervisory or managerial level.
