Previously Mark was responsible for product supply for The Sanofi manufacturing site in Dagenham which specialized in sterile injectable product. Mark was latterly responsible for managing the Site Regeneration Programme.
Since the site closure Mark worked closely within the company and with local stakeholders to find a solution that integrated redevelopment with regeneration. He worked to achieve a legacy of which Sanofi is proud, whilst he recognized the part the site plays in the local community.
Mark was with the group since 1978 and had a variety of roles within quality, manufacturing and supply chain.
Subsequently Mark ran his own consultancy business and was active within the local community and was also President of the Local Chamber of Commerce.
In November 2016, Mark took up a new position as Site Leader at londoneast-uk, helping to fulfill the objective of creating a thriving business and technical park, bringing new businesses, technologies and employment to Barking & Dagenham.
