The Chef's Hat, our commercial and training restaurant at our Rush Green campus, is open to the public for lunch daily (Monday to Friday) and for dinner every Wednesday and Thursday evening.
Evening Fine Dining, 6pm - 9pm (last orders 7.30pm)
Please join us for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, during term time.
Dinner is prepared by our trainee chefs who are studying at Level 3, under the guidance of our expert chef lecturers, and our front of house service is managed by our food and beverage apprentices.
Wine is served at an additional cost.
At the Chef’s Hat you are able to bring your own wine and alcohol to the restaurant for your enjoyment, although we do sell some wines and alcohol on site. If you do wish to bring your own wines and alcohol, we charge a small corkage charge of £3 per bottle for wine and alcohols. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We will not charge for soft drinks. Tea and coffee is also available upon request should you wish.

The Chef’s Hat Evening Dinning requires pre-booking, we no longer accept on the night walk in appointments. Please ensure this is no later than 24 hours before to ensure your booking will be accepted.
