Andrew Oconnel, level 2 and Amy Hirst, level 1, both studying Professional Cookery got their chef hats on to whip and flip some tasty pancake treats on 21 Feb 2012, for Pancake Day.
The pair differed when it came to deciding on their pancake filling. Andrew went for a savoury option with a filling of chicken and bacon and cheese sauce.
Amy decided to fill her pancake with raspberry coulis and sugar, a perfect recipe for anyone with a sweet tooth.
