What you will need to bring with you...
You might require additional identification documents to enrol, so bring along one of the following:
- UK/EU passport
- UK birth certificate
- British driving licence
- EU ID card
- Non-EU passport showing a valid visa and any supporting documents
Bring your exam results as slips or certificates.
You'll need to bring proof of ALL qualifications with you if you're:
- Aged 16-18
- Aged 19-23 and enrolling on your first Entry-level, Level 1 or Level 2 qualification - and you don't already hold a full Level 2 qualification (as you may be eligible for a concession)
- Aged 19-23 and enrolling on your first Level 3 qualification - and you don't already hold a full Level 3 qualification (as you may be eligible for a concession)
We can accept payment by cash, credit card or debit card.
Tuition fees above £300 for courses running for over 16 weeks can be paid in instalments. The first instalment will be 25% of the tuition fee plus the full exam fee and full materials fee (if relevant). The remaining instalments will each be for 25% of the tuition fee.
If your course fee is being paid by your employer, you'll need to fill out an Employer Agreement Form and provide a copy of your employer's letterhead or compliments slip. For more information email the Finance team, or call on 020 3667 0035.
Bring along any evidence of state benefits you're receiving. Evidence must be recent - within one month of the date you enrol.
Further assessment at enrolment will determine whether you qualify for a concession.
If you're currently employed and earn below the threshold level (see below), you may be eligible for a tuition fee remission. The remission is available for selected Entry-level, Level 1 and Level 2 courses.
- Outside London - threshold of £16,009.50 annual gross salary (if funded via ESFA)
- Inside London - threshold of £20,572.50 annual gross salary (if funded via GLA)
If the above applies to you, bring along a recent pay/wage slip - within three months of your course's start date. We'll also accept a current employment contract stating your gross monthly and annual salary.
Further assessment at enrolment will determine whether you qualify for a remission.
Already hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, and enrolling onto a course at Level 3 or above for which the Advanced Learner Loan is applicable? Then you'll need to bring along evidence of your loan application or loan confirmation from Student Finance England.
If you wish to apply for the loan during progression, you'll need your passport and National Insurance number with you.

If you are aged 19 – 23 and you are enrolling on to your first Entry Level, Level 1 or Level 2 qualification and you do no currently hold a full level 2 qualification, you may be entitled to a concession. If you are aged 19 – 23 and you are enrolling on to your first 3 qualification and you do no currently hold a full level 3 qualification, you may be entitled to a concession. Please bring all previous qualifications along with you to progression.
