18 year old novice writer Emmanuel Ajetunmobi from Romford, Essex has been talent-spotted and secured a one book deal with KB Publishing.
Emmanuel (pictured above) who is currently studying for a BTEC Extended Diploma in Sports at Barking & Dagenham College, decided to write a book when his aunt passed away last year.
Emmanuel explains:
“She was a really positive person; I couldn't believe that she was actually gone and I was in a negative state of mind at the time.
“After mourning her death, I wanted to write a book that would help people think positive thoughts in every situation.
“The reason I choose the title is because I'm trying to say anything you want to do in life is possible, as long as you have the ‘I Can, I Will, I Must!’ attitude towards everything.
“I love reading books that allow me to grow and develop as a person and I love writing, because when I write I feel like I'm in my own world.”
Emmanuel’s book is aimed at people from the age of 15 onwards and will be released later this year; about 200 will be printed for sale at the book launch events and the iBook will be available to purchase on Amazon.
Emmanuel’s advice to other young people that want to write? He says:
“Follow your heart when it comes to writing and don't listen to negativity and other people’s opinions. Opinions aren't fact, take them in and let them go.”
