Lee is a Senior Job Coach with a social enterprise charity. He recently completed a free online course in Understanding Autism to support his knowledge in the industry he currently works in.
"I work with young adults with autism and or learning difficulties and manage multiple supported internships across London. I was put into contact with the college through a contact at Moorfields Eye Hospital and thought this free online course was a good way to strengthen my knowledge in what I do in my job.
My overall career ambition is to support as many young people as possible with Autism and/or learning difficulties into full time paid employment, which is sustainable in the current climate.
The experience of studying this online course has been great and I could not have asked for anything more. What I liked most was the flexibility to complete it in my own time and when it best suited me.
