What is an Apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships are work based training programmes for anyone aged 16 or over which combine working and studying to gain skills, knowledge and behaviours in a specific job.

These programmes offer a combination of assessment in the workplace, college or work place based learning and online learning and assessment.

Apprenticeships can be tailored to your organisation, ensuring the course is specific to your business needs to help you grow.

Apprentices can be new employees of current ones looking to develop higher level skills or move into a new role.
