We appreciate that many people will have concerns about the fast-moving situation and guidance around the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The safety and wellbeing of our students, apprentices, staff and other users of the college is our highest priority.
We are now moving to online and remote delivery of all apprenticeship learning and assessments.
Barking and Dagenham College’s apprenticeship team and trainer/coaches will continue to support you remotely for the next few weeks, with travel being restricted to essential-only.
Learning will continue to be set using the current mechanisms which include Smart Assessor, Google Classroom and other VLE applications. Where external examinations and End Point Assessments are booked, these will be rebooked for a later date, whilst ensuring your apprentice’s continued progress and success.
if you have any queries about your working arrangements, travel to work or your pay, please consult directly with your employer who will be able to advise you about their policies and provisions.
