Compliments & Complaints
Committed to providing the highest quality education and training
At Barking & Dagenham College we value your constructive feedback, so whether you have a complaint or compliment we would like to know about it.
How do I give a compliment?
If you would like to let us know about a good experience you have had at the College please fill in our online form below and select ‘Compliment’ under feedback type.
If you were particularly impressed with a certain member of staff, please state their name, so that we can let them know.
How do I make a complaint?
If you are dissatisfied with our service and wish to draw it to our attention, please fill in our online form below, and select ‘Complaint’ under feedback type.
Before making a complaint, please read our useful guide, and please remember that it is often quicker to get issues resolved if you speak to a member of staff informally in the first instance.
We assure you that anything you have to say will be treated seriously. We will not tolerate victimisation against people who complain.
What happens next?
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and ensure that it is investigated by a senior member of staff.
If the complaint is not resolved within 15 working days, we will keep you updated on the progress of your complaint.
We will promptly acknowledge all compliments and pass on your compliment to any named members of staff.
We will use the feedback we receive from you to review and improve the services that we offer to our students and customers.
Please use our online form
