Our Rush Green campus’s on-site restaurant, The Bistro (formerly Chef’s Hat), serves high-quality, freshly prepared and affordable food in a relaxed environment.
It’s open to the public as well as students and staff.
Experienced chefs work alongside trainees as traditional French cooking techniques are combined with influences from around the world.
The restaurant offers students on our hospitality courses the chance to work in a professional kitchen setting with quality ingredients and expert guidance.
Alcohol is available in the restaurant but feel free to bring your own (corkage charge applies).
